Aggietown Real Estate offers property management. This includes advertising, tenant screening, leasing, and maintaining property. 

• We use the latest and most effective forms of advertising.  Anything from the most popular real estate sites, social media, our own website, and other online marketing techniques.
• All applicants are screened by way of a thorough background check that checks criminal, credit, and rental history. For more information on our application criteria check out our statement of rental.
• Aggietown has licensed general contractors on staff with the experience and capabilities to provide timely solutions to maintenance needs. 
• Aggietown takes rent collection seriously.  Tenants will be notified for non-payment of rent with the appropriate notices.  We retain the services of a local attorney for help in this regard.  We also have a service contract with a reputable collections company to assist with past balances.
• Being property owners ourselves, we understand how important it is to receive proceeds in a timely fashion.  Each month, each owner will receive the appropriate reports you would need to track income and expenses. Direct deposit is available!
